The Angels On Anger

During one of my writing with spirit classes that I attend weekly at the Spiritual Haven of Ireland we were asked to channel with the Angels and see what message they wanted to bring through. When I started writing I just let go as if transcribing the words coming through my mind. The Angels wanted to talk about anger and what it really means and I hope that you all enjoy reading it too.

Anger

This word so harsh, such a negative feeling, why do you hold onto it? Anger can tear lives apart for it is not of a higher vibration. When you feel anger you need to question yourself. You need to ask why you feel angry and why you have attracted this into your life. You create your own life with your thoughts and if anger and negativity are becoming part of your life then it is you who created it.

When you hold anger against another person it is only yourself that you are hurting. They cannot feel it, it does not affect them only you as it tears you up inside. Anger is but a feeling that you choose to feel. It is drawing your attention to something within yourself and alerting you that your thoughts are placed in a negative vibration.

Trapped anger can lead to so much pain and therefore it is vital that you recognize and release it and move forward in a more positive light. Forgive yourself for choosing to be angry and ask yourself why you chose this. The answers are always within yourself and if you are angry at another it is just a projection of that which you are angry with yourself over.

Anger does not get you anywhere, all it does is smother you and leave you in pain. Release it and let it go, show forgiveness, compassion and love for these are the feelings and emotions that bring only good into your life.

What does the world need to know today?

This is a time of great suffering and sorrow. Many of the people on your planet have become displacent and they have stopped looking within to find the answers that they seek. They no longer strive to find the good instead focusing on what they can get out of the situation. Greed and corruption is rife amongst you and there is no compassion. Greed leads to destruction and there is no way to stop this. You have travelled a path that has lead to your own demise. You can change; you must change for to be in the light is where you will find the goodness that you seek.

That eternal longing that comes from your soul. The eternal longing that passes through each and every one of you is the source’s way of telling you that you have strayed. You do not want greed and corruption; you do not want hunger and pain. Life is all about joy and the joy you create comes from within. Stop focusing on the Who and the start listening to the inner voice that will steer you in the right direction. You are the chosen one, you are the creator of your own destiny and when you stop and listen you will see that the answers to all your prayers lie within.

Take the time to focus on good, focus on joy and focus on love. Only then will you see the true meaning of the life that you came here to lead. You alone can change the world and your destiny if you choose so. You alone can make a difference. One smile, one kind word, one good dead is all it takes to change the fate of many. Strive to find the best; strive to be the best and when you do this your life will change for the better. You have the power within in and today we ask that you take this power and use it. You can ask all the questions that you like but until you take the time to stop and really listen, to quiet your mind and stop the commotion that disrupts your flow of knowledge the answers will evade you.

Stop and listen and you will see what I see, the divine spark of love and light that shines within. The light that never goes out and the light that will set you free.

Angel – A Spiritual Poem

I have another poem about angels that I would like to share with you all today. I have been writing poetry since the age of 15 and it is only in the past two years that my poems have taken on more of a spiritual nature. I really enjoy the process of channelling with the angels and producing such wonderful poetry. The meanings in these poems and the uplifting vibration that comes through is truly amazing. Angels

Wings unfold, a chariot of fire

Embracing, warmth, their touch cannot be mistaken.

They take the fear, remove the pain,

Soft feathers

A ray of light

Love surrounds as they hold you close

No more tears

No more tears this night.

Call forth as angels listen

Your calls are always heard

Feel them wipe away the tears

Their loving wings unfold

Wrapping you in eternal love

Shrouding in a warm glow

No more tears

No more pain

The time of suffering is over

Open wings wrapped carefully

Endless love pouring from above

As angels come and sit with you

All you feel is love

Life – It Really Is Your Choice

This is a lovely message that was channelled by me Amanda J Evans that I wish to share. It deals with life, destiny and the choices that we make on a daily basis. I hope you will enjoy what the Guardians of Light have shared with us today.

Life It Really Is Your Choice

No destiny or life is set in stone. You have a path you agreed to take but because of free will you can make your own choices. Lessons will be delivered but you may choose to ignore them or refuse to accept them at one time or another during this life. These lessons and challenges may keep repeating giving you the opportunity to learn from them but again my friends you have free will and you may choose to ignore them.

All the challenges you face during your lifetime are in fact lessons that you chose to learn. These are the conditions that you accepted before you incarnated on this earth so that you could advance your soul.

When you face a challenge or problem take the time to stop and ask yourself what lesson it is teaching you. What can you learn from this situation? Do not ask why this is happening but what you can do.

Remember dear children you all came here with a purpose to help and to experience love and all the other emotions on a human level. Experience life and do not run away from it. Accept the lessons when they appear on your path. Learn from them and your life will be full of joy. If you run from the challenges of life they will follow you and show up in other ways time and time again. Take the opportunity dear children to stop and really look at what you call problems. Ask us for guidance and we will show you that these are not problems but opportunities to grow. Accept this now and your life will transform.

We are the guardians of the light your helpers during these challenging times.

Archangel Gabriel on Compassion

Compassion

Compassion is something that is more powerful than you could ever conceive for to have compassion for another is the key to changing all lives. You have not lived in another’s shoes nor have you tasted what life has set out for them. You judge far too quickly without taking the time to even consider for a moment what another has been through. When you stop and take this moment you may find that you stop judging, you stop seeing only what you want to see and you being to feel. You being to feel what might have caused them to act in such a manner, you begin to feel.

It is in feeling that you realize compassion and the power of chance that comes with it. For you were not put here to judge or condemn, you were not put here to cast harsh words. You are here to love and what greater expression of love than to feel and show compassion for your neighbor. To take the time to pause and reflect, to take the time to consider what that person is feeling or going through. To take the time to be your true self and to share your love freely.

For compassion is love and love is the key to happiness and every lasting joy on this planet. Spread your love far and wide, share it with al you meet and when someone angers or betrays you take the time to pause and feel what they are feeling and allow the compassion to flow within you. For when everyone on this planet takes the time to express love and compassion the time of war and suffering will come to an end.

As the world looks on at the recent announcement of the death and assassination of Osama Bin Laden we would like you all to take a moment and really listen to these words.

There are so many that have rejoiced in this death, so many that have hailed his killers as heroes and what we want to say to you is that no one on this planet has the right to take another’s life. No one has the right to remove a soul from this planet. What you may deem as right cannot be for no one has the right to take life.

Life is a sacred gift and no human being has the right to take it away.

The Americans believe they are right in doing what they do and so too did Osama Bin Laden and his people. Both sides believe they are fighting and killing for what is right. The truth however is that all life is sacred, all life is given and all life is created equal. There is no difference. All are equal and as such you are the same as the next, you come from the same source. If only you could see this. Life is sacred and when you realize this no one will ever want to take a life. No one will ever feel the need to take a life. You will realize that you are all of the same light.

When you do this my children you will have what you dream of. You will have a world where crime and murder do not exist, you will have the peace you crave and you will once again come to realize that all life if sacred. For now dear children think upon this.

Self Healing – The Power of Your Words

In my last article I discussed self healing in general and in this article I want to take things a step further and focus on one of the ways in which you can heal yourself. In this article I want to discuss the power of words; your words.

Words are so powerful and the words you speak about yourself have the power to transform your health and body. Affirmations are words that you speak in the present tense that can help to heal your body and change your life.

Have you ever noticed the effects of your words? Take for example, if you say “I feel terrible”. Have you ever noticed that you actually do feel worse? Now what if you were to say “I feel great”, try this and notice the difference.

As you can see, words are really powerful and the words you choose to speak about yourself are the words that can change your life.

When it comes to illness and disease (dis-ease) you can heal yourself and you can do this by using your words. Positive affirmations are a great way to do this. You use these positive statements every day and within weeks you will notice the difference. Try telling yourself that you feel great and see how you feel. Whenever anyone asks how you are instead of saying ok or not too bad, try saying great. Do this for a week and see the difference it makes in your life.

Affirmations can be used by everyone for everything. If you have ever read anything by Louise Hay then you will know exactly what I am talking about. In her book “Heal Your Body” she lists all the ailments and diseases and then explains how they come about in the body and the affirmation that you need to say to release them. This really is very powerful stuff and if you want to improve your life and heal your life, affirmations are a great way to start.

Below is a list of some healing affirmations that you can use to get started. You can say them out loud or silently but you should say them repeatedly for approximately ten minutes each day. You can even write them out and carry them with you.

I am perfectly healthy in body, mind and spirit.
I am well and I am strong and healthy.
All the cells in my body are strong and healthy.
I am healthy, happy and radiant.
I radiate good health.
I have all the energy I need to accomplish all that I wish to do.
My body is healed, restored and filled with energy.

You can create your own healing affirmations. All you have to remember is to keep them in the present tense and repeat them often. Your words really do have the power to heal and starting off each day with some positive affirmations is an amazing habit to get into. We all have the power to choose how we feel and to choose how our body functions so why not choose to feel your best and have your body functioning at its optimal.

Self Healing – The Power To Heal Yourself

Deep within us all is the ability to heal. Our bodies are in fact self healing whether you want to believe this or not. When someone is diagnosed with an illness or disease they choose whether they want to heal or not. This may not be done on a conscious level but it is a decision that is made. The word disease is really dis-ease and this means that you body is in a state of dis-ease; something within the body doesn’t feel right.

The law of attraction states that like attracts like and this is so true. What you think about or talk about the most is attracted to you. If you constantly tell yourself that you feel sick this will happen. If on the other hand you say I feel great you will feel great. Have you ever tried this? Raising your energy vibration and speaking loving words to yourself is one of the keys to self healing. The other is allowing. You have to give yourself permission to heal and permission to release whatever it is that is causing your body to be in a state of dis-ease.

Self healing can involve working with and clearing your chakras and emotions. It can also involve loving yourself for who you are and appreciating everything about yourself and your body. You have the power to be as healthy and happy as you choose to be.

If you are feeling ill affirmations really can help. One of the best ones to use is I feel great or I am healthy and happy. Try these and notice the effect they have.

Self healing is not just about the physical body, it also encompasses the emotional, spiritual and mental bodies. In order to remain fully balanced, whole and complete we need to be aware of what is going on in all areas of our lives. If you are someone who constantly feels negative emotions and buries them inside their bodies you will probably find that eventually you will be diagnosed with some sort of disease. It is believe that cancer is actually caused by years of anger and hence the phrase the anger is eating away at someone.

When we go to the doctor with an illness and we take medication we are only treating the symptoms and not the cause. The cause is usually rooted deep within and by learning how to self heal, working with affirmations and releasing trapped emotions we can remove the cause before the disease has a chance to take hold.

Giving yourself permission to heal is paramount and once you set your intention your body which is a self rejuvenating organism will do the rest. When you free yourself from trapped emotions, let go of stress, and focus on keeping a positive vibration you will find that your body is never is a state of dis-ease and sickness is never an issue. Self healing is something we all possess but the choice to use it really is up to you.

Today I have a poem that I would like to share with everyone. Again this poem has been channeled by me and it feels like something that the world needs to hear. It is called “Take the First Step” and I feel it is very appropriate for what is happening in the world today. It takes about joining together and I think this is something that humanity really needs to do.

Take The First Step

Behold the power of the lord he said

Behold the love you feel

Behold the power

Feel it rise

Be still my friend, be still

Do not falter, do not fear

The road is long

But worth the trek

It’s time to come home

Just take the first step

Take my hand

Oh little one lost

And I will guide the way
