On Saturday morning I woke up to some fabulous news. Save Her Soul, my paranormal romance novel, has been shortlisted for the BooksGoSocial Reader’s Choice Book of 2017. To say I’m thrilled is an understatement. My book was shortlisted out of over 300 great titles and I am truly humbled to be chosen.
My blog has been left sitting for quite some time. In fact, my last post was back in October and now here we are at the start of December, the final month of the year. I didn’t disappear or throw in the towel. In fact, I’ve been writing and I’m so excited about this story that is coming in January 2018.

Nightmare Realities my new children’s book of spooky short stories has been published by Handersen Publishing. This book is available in ebook and paperback from the Publisher’s website and Amazon. It is a collection of short spooky stories for children aged between 9 and 16 and all the illustrations were completed by my daughter Emma.
I’m delighted to announce that Save Her Soul took second place and won the Silver Award in the Virtual Fantasy Con 2017 Awards for Best Paranormal Book.
I am absolutely over the moon to be able to tell you that Finding Forever has won the Summer Indie Book Awards 2017 in the Thriller Category. I still don’t know how this happened. Okay, I do because it’s thank to everyone that voted, but it is something I never imagined happening when I picked up my pen last year and decided it was time to follow my dreams. Finding Forever was my first ever fiction piece and to have it pick up an award is just mind-blowing. I’d like to thank everyone who voted for my romantic suspense novella. You have no idea what this means to me.
