Deep within us all is the ability to heal. Our bodies are in fact self healing whether you want to believe this or not. When someone is diagnosed with an illness or disease they choose whether they want to heal or not. This may not be done on a conscious level but it is a decision that is made. The word disease is really dis-ease and this means that you body is in a state of dis-ease; something within the body doesn’t feel right.
The law of attraction states that like attracts like and this is so true. What you think about or talk about the most is attracted to you. If you constantly tell yourself that you feel sick this will happen. If on the other hand you say I feel great you will feel great. Have you ever tried this? Raising your energy vibration and speaking loving words to yourself is one of the keys to self healing. The other is allowing. You have to give yourself permission to heal and permission to release whatever it is that is causing your body to be in a state of dis-ease.
Self healing can involve working with and clearing your chakras and emotions. It can also involve loving yourself for who you are and appreciating everything about yourself and your body. You have the power to be as healthy and happy as you choose to be.

Self healing is not just about the physical body, it also encompasses the emotional, spiritual and mental bodies. In order to remain fully balanced, whole and complete we need to be aware of what is going on in all areas of our lives. If you are someone who constantly feels negative emotions and buries them inside their bodies you will probably find that eventually you will be diagnosed with some sort of disease. It is believe that cancer is actually caused by years of anger and hence the phrase the anger is eating away at someone.
When we go to the doctor with an illness and we take medication we are only treating the symptoms and not the cause. The cause is usually rooted deep within and by learning how to self heal, working with affirmations and releasing trapped emotions we can remove the cause before the disease has a chance to take hold.
Giving yourself permission to heal is paramount and once you set your intention your body which is a self rejuvenating organism will do the rest. When you free yourself from trapped emotions, let go of stress, and focus on keeping a positive vibration you will find that your body is never is a state of dis-ease and sickness is never an issue. Self healing is something we all possess but the choice to use it really is up to you.
